As part of the Xbox live House Party, Toy Soldiers has been released on Xbox Live arcade, and what kind of self respecting boy would I be if i didn’t dip into the toy box and see what was going on! Mortars, machine guns, planes, tanks, you name it, it’s here allowing you to unleash hell on your little moulded enemies on a small plastic scale!
The single player Campaign mode see’s you defending your base (a lovely looking toy box) from waves of infantry, horsemen and a variety of vehicles on land and in the air. The aim is prevent a set number of waves from entering the toy box, but it’s not quite as simple as that.
Crystal Dynamics have just announced Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, a new game which will be released via digital download in 2010.
“This is a really exciting project for Crystal Dynamics, we have created something completely new and very different to what people might be expecting,” said Darrell Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics. “Lara Croft is such an iconic character in videogames, with Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light we have created what we believe is a truly original digital experience.”

The world just received news that we won’t be receiving the highly anticipated re-release of Perfect Dark this year. The XBLA release was expect to of dropped just before Christmas, but sadly Rare have had to push the release back slightly.
