Yet more Halo Reach Multiplayer BETA hype! This time some gameplay footage to get your eyeballs onto.
The video also contains Massive Floating letters captioning every type of battle sequence you should expect! Shame that they didn’t include ‘Shooting screaming kids in the face’. Trailer looks nice though.

Bizarre’s new creation’s multiplayer beta begins worldwide tomorrow March 8th via Xbox Live
As Thrungus reported on Friday, Fileplanet.com announced that a “Top Secret Beta” would be coming soon to Xbox 360 and various subscribers to the site have signed up to it and say the secret game is arcade racer Blur.
I, for one, have been excited about the prospect of Blur as it is being developed by the good people over at Bizarre Creations who were responsible for the much-loved Project Gotham Racing series. Blur will be sticking with PGR’s arcade style, rather than moving into Forza territory which should set it apart nicely but, of course, only time will tell!
Keys to the beta are limited but if you’d still like to try signing up, you can do it over at Fileplanet.com. Good luck!
Update: According to Activision, the keys are being given out today (1st March) but the beta will actaully commence one week from now, on March 8th
The guys over at Fileplanet.com have just announced that they have a ‘Top Secret’ Xbox360 beta event, ooo.
FilePlanet.com are known for their amazing BETA access, with their most recent upcoming being ‘Top Secret’ which is rather interesting! The guys over at Microsoft haven’t said anything about what it could be and have definitely not announced any prior to anything being ‘Top Secret’
"FilePlanet subscribers get exclusive access to the HOTTEST betas"! We’ve been saying this for years. This time is no different. FilePlanet subscribers have the unique opportunity to beta test a game that is SUPER SECRET. We can’t even tell you who the publisher is BUT we can say, you’re going to LOVE it. This is so exciting we can hardly contain ourselves!
There are a few requirements for beta participation:
• FilePlanet or Founders’ Club Subscriber
• Own an Xbox 360
• Active Xbox Live GOLD account
• Reside on planet Earth
Sadly at the time of this post, It’s a Friday which basically means that the office is closed. Although as soon as Monday comes by we’ll get in touch with the guys over at Microsoft HQ to comment on this madness!
First things first, catchy title…
It’s definitely been a while since we’ve seen a Tom Clancy shooter title, the last Tom Clancy game was EndWar (the ‘War’ to ‘End’ all wars). Advanced Warfighter came out in 2006! OMG indeed, with the sequel hitting the shelves in 2007.
Now for the future soldier!
Created by the award-winning team behind Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter® and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter® 2, the game will feature cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will go beyond the core Ghost Recon franchise and deliver a fresh gameplay experience, with an unparalleled level of quality that will excite long-time fans and newcomers alike.
also expect a BETA for the game…

As you all know I’ve been playing the Star Trek online Open Beta, and as expecting its an alright game, The people over at Cryptic have under estimated the mass volume of redeeming betas keys and are completely shocked.
“Reality has exceeded even our wildest expectations,” said the company, speaking in a State of the Game post on the MMO’s site.
“We looked at numbers from Closed Beta, numbers from games we’ve worked on in the past, and some numbers that float around the games industry. Based on those numbers, we predicted that about 65% of the keys we generated would eventually turn into active players (some keys never get delivered, others are lost in spam boxes, some are never redeemed, etc.).
“And, we predicted about 1/6 of those redeemed keys would turn into players that game at the same time. It’s what we call our concurrent users or CCU, for short.
“The actual numbers crushed our predictions.”
You can in fact still preorder this and get the chance to play it early. Preorder here

If your aching to play Bad Company 2 on the PC its looking like you’re going to have to wait a little longer than expected.
DICE producer Gordon Van Dyke made a post on the Battlefield blog talking about the PC version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Unfortunately the beta has been delayed from December to early next year to give DICE more time to increase the PC beta capacity.
The only way you will be able to have access at this current time is being lucky enough to get a PS3 Beta code.
Oh and also a PS3.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 will be having a BETA which will only be coming to the Playstation 3 platform, arriving on November 19th.
We spoke to Gordan Van Dyke (Producer on Bad Company 2) regarding the reason over the BETA being exclusive to the PS3.
“Logistics…We looked at how Development was going on the PS3 and what we were able to provide. DICE saw the Xbox360 having the first BETA so the PS3 should have the second, fair game!”
You can hear the whole interview right here, only on TFMX.

The guys over at Sony, for the MAG (Massive Action Game) have released some new patches for the beta. Myself I don’t own a PS3 yet but hearing about 256 players in a match made my trousers rise. But enough about me, if you have any feedback on the beta Sony has a dedicated community for the beta testers to point out any more problems. That’s what you’re their for ay?.
Here’s the details on what the patch has fixed…
