Sony has just announced that the long-awaited shooter, Killzone 2 will be released on February 27th in the UK and US. Europe however will get it 2 days earlier, February 25th.
It would seem that the date of release has been hidden away as of now, so it would seem Sony won’t be scared to start throwing massive amounts of Killzone 2 footage at us in the upcoming weeks!
The game is looking good and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.

Sony have announced today that they announced Home to early and as a result built expectations so high the almost finished product was never going to meet said expectations.
Speaking with Develop, game director Peter Edward has said:
Initially, there was real excitement from people, because we were showing something really different and that had a lot of potential. And then there’s the realisation that, well, we probably announced it too early – GDC 07 was a long time ago. I think there was sort of recognition amongst developers of ‘Oh, this is interesting, but there’s still a lot of work to be done.
As a result many third party devs have not really created much for Home and that some what explains why there is nothing to do in HOME.

EA announced today that the third iteration of the C&C franchise’s beloved Red Alert series is returning with Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3: Uprising exclusively for the PC. We’re sure it’ll hit the consoles at some point though, so don’t panic!
An epic single-player campaign expansion, the standalone title catapults players deeper into the Red Alert universe, giving them more of the action-packed gameplay they have been clamoring for, while offering a gauntlet of new and compelling challenges with the new Commander’s Challenge mode. Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Uprising will be available for digital download this March.

No Sack boy in sight, but clearly you get the idea that this is supposed to be LBP but in 3D! Along with it also being aimed at people who are getting either really old or have just been born it has a simple control scheme along with over 200 building block options.
Did I also mention its so intuitive that a 12 year old “REAL” girl managed to create her own little world. Clever kid
