TFMX.co.uk would like to apologize to its audience for the lateness of this review. We have encountered major problems with our video capturing equipment, as this was going to be a Video Review.
We have come to the conclusion that we should only provide podcast reviews, as this is what we do best and is the easiest and the most efficient option to us. However expected narrated videos to go with each review (when we get our equipment back on full steam!)
Now Faith has to be one of ResidentSD’s kind of girls. Think about it, she loves running around and most probably enjoys listening to the tunes of XGM on her generic mp3 player. What a way to go.
Atari has officially ‘busted open’ the rights to the 3rd Ghostbusting!
Although when asked “When is it coming out?” All we got was the simple message, “How’s your mum?” and by that I mean, they ain’t letting anything slip!
Atari have also been shopping for other rights. Which include the sequel to Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, entitled: COR: Assault on Dark Athena – Out Spring 09!
Hopefully another 2 titles hopefully not car crashed in to the Atari wasteland?
Major Nelson’s little preview announcement last week for NXE has been ceased, emails are now out and hopefully your 1 of the 1,000 people who will be viewing the ‘Xbox Experience’ before release of November 19th.
This is for all you people out there who like to play with plastic instruments – Rock Band 2 has been dated for Europe and the date is going to be November 14, wit the standalone instruments available sometime in December. No word on price, however I will keep you guys updated.
As promised earlier this week, I have received confirmation that the Mirror’s Edge demo will be hitting the PlayStation Store this Thursday (i.e. tomorrow) and the Xbox 360 Marketplace this Friday.
Is that time already? Is it really only 1 week until Gears of War 2 hits the shops in all its chainsawing glory?! It can’t be can it? I swear this game was only announced last week at GDC 08! Oh well – here is the launch trailer packed head-to-toe with gameplay footage to boot. ENJOY!
The guys over Bethesda are a little worried about how well Fallout 3 is reviewing. The game is already out in the states and the majority people on all the forums seem to absolutely love the game and also not to mention the game is reviewing mostly in the 8’s 9’s and 10’s so far so why is Bethesda worried about reviews.
Pete Hines, "We’re never really sure how these [reviews] will turn out. So in general, we’re always nervous/anxious." Hines goes on to say that it’s not just the critics who matter, but also the opinions of those gamers who are purchasing the game with their own hard earned cash.
We here at TFMX salute the hard work Bethesda put into every game they produce and our message to Bethesda is don’t worry your pretty little socks off at all we are sure people will and are going to enjoy Fallout 3 to the fullest.

On XGM this week: It’s the battle of the music games, playing nothing but music from the big four music games being released before the end of the year – Guitar Hero: World Tour, Rock Band 2, SingStar Vol.3: Party Edition and Lips. Which will be making you a superstar?
The Xg News team will be on holiday this week, do you blame us?
Well with Fable 2, Saints Row 2, Blitz The League 2, Far Cry 2 and Dead Space I think that’s a good enough excuse!
Plus every once in a while the team are doing other things, I know shock horror, but sometimes Capester does a bit of kayaking, WARRIC goes bird watching and Turbo plays heavy metal drums for the local pub band!
